Niou-kun,
As expected, you're deficient in most areas. I'd like to schedule you for biweekly infusions until you're in the normal range. I also am going to put you on a restricted diet to add in the missing nutrients. I'm hoping the combination of treatments will get you at least partially functional. Lastly, at least 30 minutes a day of exercise, preferably light cardio and some weight lifting. In your particular situation, I think something akin to stair climbing would be best. Alternatively, step aerobics just to strengthen your leg muscles.
In case you were curious, sex does count for cardio. I am open to discussing treatment options if you are uncomfortable or unsure about any of the above. However, if you refuse biweekly infusions, you will be on a daily schedule.

Given your close association with Niou-kun and the likelihood that he would inform you anyway in a more dramatic fashion than is necessary, I thought it best to inform you that I've recommended a treatment plan that will hopefully make him a generally functioning human being. I make no promises on the outcome, however.
I would request that you assist in making sure he doesn't cheat on his diet (no fried foods, less artificial sugars and caffeine, more fruits/vegetables, less red meat, etc). Specifically, I request that you, Dr. Tachibana, create a nutritional plan for me to approve given the previous guidelines.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Re: Screened
Apologies, but that was not my intention.
I suppose that could work, assuming he was willing to stick to a precise schedule and could handle the horrible flavor.

Re: Screened
Can you make so that the texture isn't terrible?

Re: Screened
I see.
