yagsFather informed me that he had quite the golf game recently. Only 6 over par, which is a record for the both of us. He sent me an office putting green so that I wouldn't get rusty while here as "VR is no replacement for the real thing". I agree with the sentiment, but can't deny that the VR has improved my swing.
The will has been finalized with mine and my sister's shares put into trust. I was fortunate enough to inherit my grandfather's golf clubs which I've always admired. My parents have decided to sell my grandfather's condo as it's not in an area that would be beneficial to them or my sister. While I don't mind the location (Ginza), it doesn't make sense from a financial standpoint to keep it empty for the next 5 years. There was discussion of potentially renting it out, but mother thought that would be too much work given their plans once father retires (if he ever does).
